Citizen portal
The Asset Essentials citizen portal allows you to enter work requests and view past requests that you have entered. *Note: Currently, the Asset Essentials citizen portal is only available to clients whose Asset Essentials accounts were created July 17th, 2019 or later. Existing clients will have the option to add the citizen portal to their account in the future.
